I read somewhere that, on our "Death Beds", we will look back on our lifes' and we will regret MORE THOSE CHOICES and DECISIONS that we NEVER MADE! as compare to those CHOICES and DECISIONS that we DID MAKE! that being true (I believe it is true), look back on your life, what is one choice or decision that you regret TODAY not making? Our current age is relevant to this question, if you can give your age, or at least give us all some idea, for example, my age (downtown) I am between 45 and 52 y/o.

There were several. Back in college there was a great guy who loved me. I was too immature to appreciate it & married badly twice since. We could have been happy. I also regret not taking more chances with my career, with stocks, etc, because the decisions I did make were good ones. My mother talked me out of taking chances (she survived the depression, & my brother-in -law taked me out of playing the stock market & making my house solar powered. The few stocks I did get, I received a 50% profit & I lost the house anyway so it doesn't matter now. I lost everything in the second divorce, BUT, I did finally find a nice guy again. I'm 51, he's 53 & I'm poor, but happy. He's had similar experiences with women, so we appreciate each other. I wish I'd met him about 15 years ago. I consider myself older, wiser & a survivor.

I believe that everything that happens to us or any decision that we make is for a reason, nothing is random.. I regret getting married at an early age to someone I hardly knew just because he came from a good family.. I regret not finishing college because this is haunting me to this day.. I regret putting my family's welfare before mine and staying in a miserable marriage.. BUT.. As I said everything happens for a reason... if i didn't marry that person I wouldn't be the strong person I am today.. so I guess it all works out at the end

I regret noy having a serious relationship with a particular young lady. I learned from that to act on things rather than be too cautious. In the words of an old Kris Kristofferson song ' I'd rather be sorry for something I've done than for something tht I didn't do'.

My major decisions have been good.
Worked hard and studied in my teens and early 20's
Married the woman that I love.
Kids are very success full in their careers
Good career and excellent pension, now that I am retired.
Good relationships with both of my sons.
Good friends.
Like everyone, I have made some minor mistakes such as..
Stock Market (not a lot)
Alienated some peers.
Made some stupid hurt full comments
Too judgemental. (not any more, it doesn't work)
I'm 62

I stepped on a nail once, that pissed me off.
But ya, that's about it. Why would I regret something? I do what I do for a reason, i'm not going to take it back, or wish I had done it some other way.

I dont look back because everything I have or havent done would never have lead me to the "now." And the "now" is all I care about. I believe that our lives are already mapped out by God, so he wanted me to make certain mistakes, etc. It is all part of his plan.

people will wish they accepted Jesus when they were younger when they get to their death bed
but me personally. I regret not talking to more girls when I was younger.
