emmy if were u i'd go out and pick up a copy of the pokemon d/p stratagey guide at gamestop i was in a gamestop yesterday and i was looking in the guide book and saw the name rater is back but i didn't see what town he was in in the book sorry the pictures of the pokemon are cute and ugly and the 2 new evolved forms of eevee are cute as well. i don't own the games or a ds lite or the book yet but i will soon

It is in Emreta city(or whatever the second gym's town is called) it is in a building towards the south
