I am overweight. I used to be obese. I limit my McDonalds to one meal a week. I will get a sausage biscuit (no egg) and OJ (skip the hash brown) or a hamburger kids meal with diet coke and fries.
I still have 40 lbs to go, but have lost 40 lbs, being sensible, not deprived. Would I like a Quarter Pounder with Cheese Extra Value Meal? You bet! Haven't had one since last December. I will have one once in a rare while, but there is no problem enjoying junk food or fast food in MODERATION with exercise. LIVE!

"Proper non fattie veggie healthy food" for me. I'm a vegetarian, so fast food doesn't really work.

I like mcdonalds as a treat but if i want to eat healthily i go for the vegetarian option.
I prefer eating non fatty vegetarian healthy food and have recently changed my diet to eat more of this. I do like meat but try to eat as little of it as possible. My daughter is a vegetarian as she does not like the idea of eating meat and it is easy for me to cook us both the same foods. I think it is easier to eat vegetarian foods these days as there are more choices on the market as people are looking for healthy alternatives. As long as you are eating a balanced diet and make sure you get enough protein it is better for you.

Well the healthy food is better for you, but the McDonalds tastes better. So if you want to lose weight go with the healthy food, if you don't care I'd go with the Mcdonalds. =]

whats the occasion......non fattie veggie healthy food won't go over well for a kiddies bday party. for my lunch at work, i would go for the second. for travelling, which i always go by car for at least a 24 drive straight through.....i would pick veggie sticks most often. then when i need to stop and stretch, i would go for a burger or denny's or soemthing.

Nether, while McDonalds clearly is bad for you, sorry to say a Vegetarian diet is also as it deprives the body of important vitamins and Proteins..try organic meat where the animals are grass fed, no harmful hormones and killed humanly, same for other foods.
