It's a good thing they are not like Hitler. Did you know that George Bush fears that North Korea might be making nuclear weapons. I just found out at school, and the bad part is that North Korea is ruled by a dictator. Why would they wan't nuclear weapons?

I can't list all the dictators but the leader of N. Korea, Castro, and the leader of Iran are a few. We still have them because the people of those countries do not unite and over throw them. It is not the US job to disband every dictatorship.

They want Nuclear weapons because they believe it will give them power and leverage.

I think the situation with the U.S. in Iraq should make it all too obvious as to why the world has so many dictators. It's very hard to get rid of them. Think of all the U.S. and other countries had to do to get rid of three of them in WWII. It's a wonderful idea, but it takes a lot of resources (in WWII it took a 1500 times more effort in human lives and 5000 times more effort in money then what we are doing today- for the U.S. only). Good luck.
