I don't actually hear music as I drift off, but I almost always wake up to some song in my head. Lately it's been that silly llama song, or badger badger mushroom...I hum things like that when I'm really stressed.

It's not a lullabye, but I have allergies that make me look like I'm crying in my sleep, and I always fall asleep singing the song "So Cry" by Shwa in my head.
