I loVE that series! Yay. My favorite character would have to be... well, from that book.... the White Witch, even though she is evil(or was, evil), it brought a lot of funk(lol) to the book and anyways, the main idea of that book is the White Witch taking over Narnia, right? =)

Loved it - the book and the movie. Of course, you now there are also 6 other books in the series:
1.1 The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe
1.2 Prince Caspian: The Return to Narnia
1.3 The Voyage of the Dawn Treader
1.4 The Silver Chair
1.5 The Horse and His Boy
1.6 The Magician’s Nephew
1.7 The Last Battle
and they're all very good.
I taught "The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe" to my fifth grade class last year - they LOVED it. Then we went to see the movie, which they also liked a lot.
"Prince Caspian" is supposed to be the next book made into a movie:
"Meanwhile, work is progressing on the next Narnia film, Prince Caspian, which is currently set to be released on May 16, 2008."
My favorite character? Well, I guess it has to be Lucy.

If you read even the first two pages (or WATCHED THE MOVIE for Christ's sake), you would know that Lucy, Peter, Edward, and Susan are the main characters. Aslan and the Witch are main too, but not as prominent as the others.

I've loved these books since first reading them...it's hard to go wrong with C.S. Lewis, in fact all of the Narnia books are good. My favorite characters would have to be Mr. and Mrs. Beaver.

Psh! Screw that book. Read The Magician's Nephew. It's the best out of all of them by far. It explains how Narnia came into being and the story itself is actually better. Trust me. I've read them all at least a half dozen times.

Loved the books. Read them 20 years ago and they were great. My favorite character was a tie between Peter Pevensie and Aslan.
The movie, while beautifully done, really didn't work for me.
