Well, the continents on either side of the Atlantic will be about another 10 or so metres farther apart.
The Pacific will be about 10 or so metres small from east to west.
Australia will be about 3 or so metres closer to the south pole and Asia will be in about the same place, except the Himalayas will be a touch taller.
As far as climate goes, we're not that brilliant at predicting the week ahead, but I'll have a shot at the next 500 years.
Fairly suddenly the ice around the poles will melt due to the increased rate of global warming thanks to carbon emissions.
But, this will cause a rapid slowdown in the major climate contributer of the Atlantic sea currents that bring the warm waters north and south because of the difference in temperature.
This sudden drop in ocean currents will change the migratory patterns in much of the sea life of the planet, possibly resulting in a lot of deaths to specialised sea life. But it will also stop the warming of the poles, which will not only allow ice regeneration at the poles, but will positively encourage it, and as quickly as the Ice melted, it will return, and then some, and the world will drop into a quick, sudden, and very man-made Ice Age.
Thats my guess.

the continents will be more separate because of techtonic plates...the continents are slowly moving apart from each other, about 1 cm each year.
