Not true. This sounds like something made up by frat boys to excuse peeing in public.

Actually, one form of Kegel exercise involves holding in your pee, or tightening your muscles to stop peeing mid-stream. Kegel exercises are used to strengthen your muscles that help achieve and maintain an erection. So I would venture to say either you were misinformed, or Kegels have it backwards - and I know a lot of people that swear by them.

I don't think there's any evidence that it's bad for erections. But it does create problems later with your bladder and ability to pee or hold it. You can stress your muscles and other tissues up your urethra, maybe even cause tissue to burst if the pressure is too great, and cause harm to your reflex peeing later in life. You like wearing diapers? They make 'em for adults who can't hold their pee or poop anymore too ya know.

No. Holding back on urinating is supposed to strengthen your sphincter muscle so that you can prevent ejaculation when you have an orgasm. Sounds very uncomfortable to me.
