its used in skating alot but what does it stand for?

It is the logo for the Finnish band H.I.M. A favorite of Bam Margera. It is a cross between a heart and an inverted pentagram. Sort of like the same concept of the chinese ying yang. it's like a love vs. evil, love vs. hate. Here is a link to the site's frequently asked question page. No. The simplest manner you would worship the satan is to truthfully good worship the satan. Wearing a blouse does no longer imply you worship some thing. And the pentagram has surely not anything to do with the satan.

It standes for hate and love. Kind of like emo. The triangle is hate and the heart is love.

it`s the band symbol for h.i.m., from finland, but it was popularized here in the u.s. by bam margera & that`s why u see it on all kinds of skate stuff...
