I don't know if there is any site where you can learn Greek, but i must tell you that I think it is quite hard to learn it without a teacher. I believe this for any language, but Greek in particular is a difficult language and it's better to have a teacher to explain and correct you.

Also try BBC, UK and navigate through their educational section. They used to have a great program for basic Greek on videos which they may now have available on line.

If you are in Izmir, Istanbul or Ankara, it will be less difficult, because there are the consulates, and also in izmir and istanbul the freek comunity. In Ankara i think they teach at th University. But on line difficult, because the alphabet it is different...

Very difficult, not because of the alphabet or anything else, but because the content of the Greek internet is limited and therefore it is very difficult to find something on line about the greek grammar etc (even as a greek). But you can try the following:

If you are in Istanbul you can ask for advise the Ecumenical Patriarchate of Constantinople (Fener Rum Patrikanesi). No one speaks Greek on that highest level, as it is spoken at Phanar. Call them and ask Mr. Paul. He is a top professional in questions you are interesting in.
