My 21st is tomorrow. Legally, am I allowed to get a drink tonight? I heard a few times that you turn your new age legally the day before the actual date.

I did some more research, and found few websites that states the law:
[F]or purposes of computing a person's age, one attains the age in question on the day prior to the anniversary of his birthdate."

Well first, I would suggest againt quoting law cited on a website with the word conspiracy in the title...it is an obviously slanted site with an agenda. Also you have to pay attention to the states here Pensylvania and Kansas.
Apprently this is technically the law here...but considering that these are old laws..it is possible they are no longer good law...make sure you know they are valid and you live in such a state before trying.
But is it likely a police officer will stop you and arrest you for being 8 hours early? no...but whats the rush? You have the rest of your life to get drunk.

Legally all Vegas casinos require human beings to be 21 to gamble, or "loiter" on the on-line casino floor. Now the dilema "loiter" is a judgement time period. Nearley all hotel casinos require a walk with the help of the on-line casino floor to get the rooms. So protection knows that commonly cases human beings less than 21 will be on the on-line casino floor. So maximum lodges dont kick you off except they see you loitering for a lengthy time period, or making it look like you're trying to bypass gamble. each hotel on-line casino is going to decision on how strict they are. I genuinely were going to vegas because that i grow to be 20, and characteristic been in lodges that didnt verify my identity once. I genuinely have also been in lodges that checked my identity everytime i attempt to drink or gamble. So it quite in basic terms relies upon on your hotel also. The lodges that draw youthful crowds are very strict. The older lodges, and rancid strip lodges, from time to time look lax on checking IDs.

At midnight, Cinderella, at midnight. But I'm sure there's a club or two that'll look the other way and let ya have a drink. Happy Birthday! Enjoy!

You should legally be allowed to drink alcohol no matter what your age is. It shouldn't matter to you whether the government thinks you are old enough or not because the government's alcohol laws are unjust, immoral, and illegitimate.

No, you turn 21 as of midnight that night. So, if your birthday is tomorrow, then as of 12:01AM it becomes tomorrow and you are 21.

You're not 21 yet, you're not legal. I've once waited in a bar until midnight and then they served my friend (since after midnight it was his 21st birthday).

Are you high? No, It sounds like you have had a few too many drinks before your 21st. Please don't go drinking tonight. Your one brain cell will thank you.
