Fixed Version: The jogger, jogged 30 meters of the park in 2 minutes. What is his average Velocity for this time

Distance around the park (in feet) / 2 minutes = feet / min
You can convert this to any units you wish...miles/hour, meters/second...using the proper ratios.

Using 30 meters...

30m/2min = 15m/min (not very fast)... or 0.9km/hr

Distance = velocity x time

Velocity = Distance / time

You have only one variable, time, 2 minutes

You need to know the distance to solve this equation for velocity,

If the distance around the park was half of a mile, Joey was running very, very fast.

If the distance around the park was 10 feet, Joey was running very, very slow.

Do you see what I mean?

To work out his average speed, you would need to know how far he jogged round the park.

However, if you really mean velocity, which includes direction as well as speed, his average velocity is 0. As he ended up where he started, his total displacement is 0, but then the time is also irrelevant.

His speed is 0.5 parks per minute.
Without knowing the diameter of the park, in other words the actual distance he traveled this is all you are going to get. If he can go around a park in 2 minutes then his speed is one half of a park per minute.
