It is a glass house and the pay n' spray and MOD garage are right next to it. How do you unlock the house. I already unlocked the island of San Fierro but that house I cannot buy. Please tell me what to do and when to buy it.

Its a garage - If i remember right , you have to go to driving school to unlock the next missions, that give you the building.
you might have to complete driving school. yes im sure you do.

I know which house you are talking about. You have to beat all the missions for your hood and you must have full respect. To get respect just start gang wars and win...easy as that but be sure to save everytime because some territories are hard to get

you have to finish all the main missions and save up alot of money and then you can buy the lot... and it generated money for you daily.

well if you can buy it you will need LOTS of money and you have to complete a few other things berfore you buy it cuz you really need money!!!
