Can you become a pharmacist with a BS in pharmacology??

but you must graduate Pharmacy school to become one

No you can't. You used to be able to register as a registered pharmacist (RPh) and practice with a BS in pharmacy but now you are required to get your doctorate in pharmacy (Pharm.D.).
Also, a BS in pharmacology will only be beneficial if you plan to research pharmacology. The be a pharmacist you also have to take classes that teach you about pathology and medicine in general. Its not just about the mechanism of action within the body, its how to apply your knowledge of that to patients. If you are interested in going to pharmacy school you should major in something that covers more topics or include a minor in physiology with a strong background in Chemistry.

You need a PharmD in the U.S. to be a practicing registered pharmacist.
