E) Nothing but the American death toll changes.
There is no organized insurgency in Iraq. There are thousands of individual cells, that are lined up against eachother in two main factions - Sunnis and Shiites. Both have factions tied in with the government, and both have factions opposed to it. This is a part of why so relatively few Americans soldiers have been killed, because the "insurgents" are mostly fighting each other (the rest is the superior training of the American military). When the American Soldiers leave, they'll just continue fighting amonst themselves. We can hold their hands for the next century, but they've demonstrated that they're simply too primitive to govern themselves through democracy- which shouldn't be our problem.
To all the folks who've believed the administration line that the war in Iraq is somehow keeping terrorists too busy to attack us. Do you understand how very little tactical sense that makes? Keeping our military over-committed in a foreign country leaves us MORE exposed to terrorist attack, not less. While the National Guard is deployed in Iraq, who's left here watching the border?

I think that the insurgants will do what they have been doing all along: fight and cause panic (insurge?). They already have control of the Iraqi government, so B is redundent. A and D, as stated, are not possible, and C is WAY too ideal. So, I think that Iraq will decend into total anarchy (like it isn't already) until some capiable and trustworthy nation intervenes (not Iran because Iraq had years of war against them).
So, it really is a decision on who Iraq will belong to. Along with the usual candidates (Iran, no one-it will turn into a blood soaked wasteland, etc.) China and India mmy be contestants because they could use the oil. Whoever it is, they are going to have to deal with the insurgents.

You presented down Saddam. it truly is a victory. he's useless. Now what are you all nonetheless doing in Iraq ? in case you want the oil and also you stay there because of it, then you definitely can could stand the persons who hate you want loopy. in basic terms enable them settle on on their destiny. Why do you're able to die there for no sturdy reason in any respect ? do not you all see that the Iraqis are smarter than you all ? You all could die combating. even if those who favor you round are nonetheless residing.

They would probably set up a government where they could base operation to attack our allies. Al-queda would definately set up camp and train terrorists to plan more attacks on US and other western countries like 911.
It would embolden the enemy and inspire other radicals through out the world.
It is not a good idea to leave. They are willing to fight for years to come and do you really think they will just leave us alone when they have said that it is their right to kill millions americans including 2 million children?

It will be mass genocide at first. After all the Shiites are dead, they will turn to us on our own soil again.
We are there for a good reason. If the war wasn't there, it would be HERE! But don't listen to me...ask that crack pot Michael Moore or Mad Cow Rosie, they have the answer for everything.
The only way to defeat this is to keep the dems and the other suits out of the decision making and let the military do their job for once. The ongoing tactic didn't work in Vietnam and it damn well wont work in Iraq
ALL EXCEPT "C"

e) Continue to fight in the streets as they struggle for assertion of power in ages old ethnic and cultural warfare that predates the ascendancy of Rome as a political power in the world, with no regard for the human lives they exterminate, or the religious laws that prohibit them from killing innocents, because of their murderous ways.
This is what I expect of the insurgents. Some will move on to the Armenian-Azerbaijani Conflict, others will go to Chechnya, Afghanistan, Turkey, Algeria, Palestine/Israel, and other places to seek their fortunes and more death.

First they start with B., once that was acheived they move onto D.. After planning another atrocious attack they'd move onto A.. Once they committed terrorist acts in the US, and were let off the hook by liberals that sympathize with their so called battle against US imperialist oppression, they'd: C. go home!
