how can i dress him really good as a girl to win the contest?

First dress him up like a girl from head to toe & have him try on different ouftifts until you find something that you thing will look good enough for him to win the contest. Then have him practice dressing up as a girl before the party, that way you'll have plenty of time to make sure he really looks like a girl.

Put ponytails in his hair and put a dress on him stuff his boobies give him a manicure and a pedicure at least like clean his nails not like nail polish unless he doesnt mine and let him wear a dress also a little makeup maybe eyeliner and some lip gloss

I think you should go with a secretary theme... Get him into a pencil skirt with a cute corset, and a cute puffy sleeved jacket to go over it. Then some heels and a purse to match. Dont forget the glasses and makeup! Pearls would go great too!
