I always bite the middle first. Thats the best part of the sandwich and i'm eager to get to it. Which is the main reason I cut it in the first place.

There is no such rule. I have often bit right in the middle of my sandwich. However some people like to eat the crust first and 'save the best til last'. There is a rule which states that a sandwich cut on the diagonal will taste better than one cut straight.

Well, it happens to me naturally I don't bite off the corner b/c I have to.
