you sound like you are following a good routine
I would advise when on a fast to do something like apple cider though that way you are still getting something plus apple cider vinegar is good for detoxing. I also would advise to only do a cleanse once a month max as that you need to have a balance of nutrients and your body will actually go into starvation mode if you do it too often

There are often 2 areas 2 bulimia. The binge, and the purge. The binge is whilst a guy or woman eats a great volume of nutrients in a short volume of time, and the purge is whilst they do away with it, the two by way of self-brought on vomiting, or exercising, laxatives, or fasting. So, non-purging bulimia is whilst somebody will binge and consume lots, yet no longer attempt to do away with it. it is likewise universal as mattress, binge eating disease. i've got on no account heard of a purge variety anorexia, yet i'm guessing that they could consume little or no, yet throw that up. the main important distinction is that bulimics will consume a TON of nutrients, and anorexics will consume no longer virtually as lots. you're extraordinary, once you throw it up, you're bulimic, and once you starve you're anorexic. yet, those 2 themes are so heavily suitable, that it is not uncommon for a guy or woman to have the two, and bypass back and forth between bulimic and anorexic behaviors.

yes that is text book defintition. I read an article on it this past week in newsweek. There is something even called Exersize bulemia, where you will work out obsessivly 2 hours or more a day. One girl dropped 100lbs. Anytime you restrict and bringe its a problem... You are not geting the nutrients your body needs on the water only days which can be damaging..
You may feel line now but long term effects of this can be costly on your body.

Normally bulimics will count calories and count the calories that they burn, so that they know that they burnt off what they have eaten. If you do that, and do binge it is possible that you are bulimic. Also starving yourself to make up for calories that you have eaten is also a sign of bulimia. Most bulimics are not just non-purgers or purgers (I guess that's what you would call it) they usually overlap. Also to really be bulimic, you need to binge. You know if you binge if you eat privately, and eat anything around or over 1,000 calories at a time.

Purging is not the only method used in Bulimia. Excessive exercise, fasting, laxative abuse, and purging are all methods bulimics use.
It doesn't sound to me like you have bulimia. Bulimia is eating large amounts of food...binging. It doesn't sound like you're binging. If you're not eating, you could have a touch of anorexia, but I don't know.

If you are questioning it, then you already know the answer. You should speak with a counselor or a nutritionist. There are all sorts of eating disorders out there... you most likely are in one of them or at the very least, on the verge of developing one.
