Coloring of flowers is usually done with carnations. I've never done it with daisies. Daisy poms already come in lavender.yellow and white. What I would recommend is for you to get floral spray paint, to lightly tint the flowers. Michael's ans A.C. Moores sell it where the spray paint is.

Add a few drops of food coloring to a glass of water, give the stems a fresh cut and put them into the colored water. The water need not be too dark. this can be done w/carnations and other various other flowers that are white. when the flowers have reached the desired color put them into a container of regular water. Once colored, you can put several different colors together in the same vase.

Food coloring in water does the trick. It also works with the things we call "wild carrots"...Queen Anne's Lace, that grows alongside the road in the country. Makes that stuff just gorgeous. Try it on any other white blooms
