I need help on my math?

solve for x

cos(4x) = sin(x)

x=4 because the two x's cancel each other out.

sin(x) = cos (90 deg -x)
so cos(4x) = cos(90 - x)
4x = 90 -x
4x +x = 90
5 x = 90
x = 90 / 5 = 18
other answers are also possible but they are more difficult.
