What's quicker, UPS Ground or US Postal Ground?

Got an option between UPS Ground and just "Ground", I'm assuming it's US Postal. They are they same price but which one is quicker?

Fed Ex if you had the choice. They are very fast, but otherwise I'd go with UPS.

Both will get there at approximately the same time if you send it ground.
