Okay so I am not worth the qualification I hold so what do I do now? Over qualified to get a road sweeps job, not smart enough to do a job on par with my degree - any ideas on the way forward for me? T.I.A

i hope you dont live in michigan! it sucks to be here especially if you are older and not in any protected class and dont have a degree.it sounds like you are very qualified so hang in there you will be fine.like i told my last employer i was looking for a GOOD job when i found this one, i am still looking for a GOOD job.good luck.

keep looking .. this happens to everyone ... don't take the first sh** that comes your way ... you didn't get your qualifications for nothing, you worked for them ... and you proved yourself ... you'll get a chance to do it again, just be a bit patient

well i tlhought it was a crap job anyway and they don't deserve you so onward and upward, keep looking and if they are lucky enough they just might get you.
