My boss told me today she giving me a bonus for the hard work I have been doing.. hahaha.. yeah right! She also wrote me an email today, what could I say back to show her I apperciate it?

Just keep up the work. The reason for the raise was to show you that she recognizes that you are doing a great job. Just keep doing it , don't make her second guess her decision. She does not expect you to thank her for the raise, she expects you to continue the good work.

You should thank her for supporting your efforts and seeing your value as an employee. I would set up an appointment to talk with her also. It's not often that employers are "big" enough to know the worth of their employees.
