I tried working at a call center for a short time, and I cannot understand how anyone could do that kind of job. It's so restrictive and oddly demanding.

I know its hard.. I worked in a call center for a payroll company. The people were rude ( of course customer is always right) and those rules we had as reps made you feels as though you were a 5 year old.. But the pay was GREAT.. So i did it for 5 years.. Until the effects of 9/11 caused our company to do cut backs.

I have been running bars for the last 3 years and just gone to work in a call center (sick of night and weekend work) and I dont think its that bad I dont think people relise how hard it is but lets see if I still like it in a few mnths

I worked in a couple call centers in my day. They have their perks and their drawbacks at the same time - just like any other job.

I did it for a little bit.It was interesting to talk to people from all over the country.I got hung up on alot though which made it kind of frustrating.

Different people have different perceptions and experiences. While you found the job oppressive, others may enjoy the structure. To each her own.

undesirable Sanjay is being paid pennies on the dollar, yet he's chuffed to have paintings. definite, that's tricky to talk over with someone who isn't fluent on your interior reach language, yet each and each of the jobs were outsourced to India.

it's diffacult sometimes but was fun as well always something diffrent, didn't have to see anyone.
