my landlord require all of us tenant to decorate our balcony now i need some cheaper plants or flower to put there....where can i buy it??? pls help???

Go to Kmart or Walmart. Both stores have a garden center and they'll have a selection of annuals or perennials that won't cost too much money so you can spiff up your balcony without breaking the bank.

Lowes, HomeDepot, etc have darn good prices when compared to nurseries.......usually...but watch for sales!

Watch paper or other publications for plant sales at city arboretums, botanic gardens, garden center (not commercial...the garden club centers) also farmer's markets and flea markets often have people selling plants. Containers can be buckets if you get drainage holes into them. Cluster more decroative smaller pots around the big uglies.

You might have to learn a bit about plants to find those that take less water than others......otherwise you'll be spending all your time watering your pretty plants.

I like Home Depot. They have a great selection and they usually have experts there to help you choose.
