He's thinks he's so cool n whenever i try 2 be nice, he acts stuck up. My friend says hi to him and he rolls his eyes. The only person he's nice 2 is my sister. He even dissed 1 of me and my sister's friends behind my sister's back! what should i do? I don't wanna make her think i'm trying 2 break them up out of spite! There's something really not right about him...

If you love your sister and I'm sure you do, talk to her in private about what he said about her friend, not to mention the way he treats you. Ultimately the decision is hers to make. Hopefully he'll slip up in plain view so that she'll get a chance to see how he really is. Good luck dude. ( ^ _ ^ )

Well if you think there is something seriously sketchy about him then I would try to tell your sister, and make sure you tell her that you're not trying to ruin what they have. But if he is ok with your sister then I wouldn't worry about it. I mean it's your sisters boyfriend not yours. So if they don't have a problem with each other then I think you should just ignore him and let your sister work things out.

Tell your sister that you do not like him and do not like the way he treats you. Let her know that you will be polite to him for her sake only.
