if you mean Lexan/Plexiglas, a coarse blade on a jig saw or circular saw..a fine blade with a thin kerf allows the plastic to fuse back together behind the blades, sealing up the cut you just made........make sure the plastic sheet can't vibrate or it will break........and if screwing it up, make the hole in the sheet LARGER that the screw otherwise it will 100% for sure break when you tighten the screw down.
