Before 9/11/2001, USA savaged an Arab country, Irak, with hundreds of thousands of casualties. (The so-called gulf war I, Bush senior's master-piece, in 1991, was in fact a one-sided massacre.) When came the attacks against the twin towers in 2001 (seen by many Arabs and others as a retaliation), Bush junior was taken aback by the failure of his FBI in preventing it, and to divert his public's attention from the disaster, picked on Afghanistan, with large scale killings of Afghans, to punish the local Taliban regime because it refused to hand over Bin Laden, the hastily cococted chief culprit, with no convincing proof forthcoming. (Even now, one just has to look at the FBI Web site, where Bin laden isn't wanted for the Twin-Tower attacks. ) Then Bush turned to Irak (gulf war II), to punish
S. Hussein for his continued disobedience to american diktats. Now, Bush is embroiled in a bloody occupation in Irak and Afghanistan, doubled with civil war between rival factions. What's next?

Wow, lori's response is almost as idiotic as you question...hey, if Clinton was so bad, why did the Republican congress vote against his anti terror measure 97 times during the 90's? And why did Richard Clarke, a man who worked for 4 republican administrations, so hell bent on getting word out that Bush was an incompetent idiot who could have had some effect on terrorism if only he was paying attention...Lori, you're an American hating weasal, please leave

If you knew how to spell and knew the facts it would help. The Gulf war was a justifiable war and the attack on Sept 11 had nothing to do with it.The reason why our FBI did not catch this sooner is that Clinton cut the funds to the FBI, Bush has nothing to do with that, that was put in motion, years before by Clinton. The Gulf war was to liberate the people of Kuwait and like I said, was justifiable. As for Iraq,I think Bush really should concentrate more on Iran and have a plan to bring our troops home. That being said, maybe there are things going on over there that we just don't know about, maybe that is why he doe not have a plan on bringing them home yet. This war on terror will never end and we do need to be prepared,it is not going to stop just because we get Bush out of office.

My personal opinion is that the USA has to be sure to take control over the whole world and as Europe didn't leave the USA took control over them, then USA is taking control over Iraq and Afghanistan to feel stronger in some way (strange one by the way).. Besides he can take advantage from it to finally make Iraq and Afghanistan do whatever the USA wants to, like their personal slaves and united states can threatened them with war all over again once Iraq agreed to obey USA...

You're spouting events from some Muslim propaganda source. It has far more effect when a tiny bit of truth is included. If you're trying to make the rag-heads look better, do a little research first, then come out with your B.S.
