...a family Christmas tradition!!!
...midnight, Christmas Eve, after everyone has opened one-and-only-one gift from beneath the tree (that is, before the next morning's unwrapping frenzy), we would all huddle around the cathode tube glow...the only other light in the room, that of a fireplace flicker and a dimly glittering holiday tree in the corner...and watch the foreboding, dark-humored, yet wondrously magical and touching Alistar Sim 1951 version of "A Christmas Carol".
...these days, now that I'm older, that grand tradition is accompanied by a warm mug of brandy-laced egg nog (which I suspect my parents did, as well, but as a kid, I never bothered to notice)

So many. How the Grinch Stole Christmas, The Family Stone, Love Actually, The Polar Express, Its A Wonderful Life and of course all of the animated classics. I watch them all in one big christmas movie medley.

I would definatly have to agree with Kate and Skellington and say the nightmare before christmas......even if most people don't think that it is christmas movie it is the best movie i watch it all the time not just during the holidays
