Hey go ahead and mix with the natives at Arawak Cay or "Fish Fry" . You can go to Twin Brothers or Seafood Haven. There are others food stalls out there that you can try, but I prefer those places. You can try conch, snapper or grouper. Those are some of the native seafood. You can have conch fritters, fry snapper. fry or steam grouper, conch salad, crack counch just to name a few.
Happy hunting....and have a great time

The Stoned Crab in Grand Bahama is really nice. It's right on the beach and the service is great...not to mention the food! I just went there last saturday and really enjoyed myself. And I have to say, I've been to many restaurants and ordered conch fritters and been disappointed....but not this time, their's were thee best! Well, that's excluded my mom's homemade ones. ;) But they have stone crab, snow crab, crawfish, shrimp, conch, etc.
