Spain restaurant in Echo Park is by far the best paella in Los Angeles. Its a hole in the wall but when you get inside the paella takes me back to the Las Ramblas in Barcelona.

La Luna Negra in Pasadena and Paella in Beverly Hills are also good options. They both have a better ambiance but Spain has the best paella.

There's a Spanish restaurant called Café Sevilla http://www.cafesevilla.com/ They're located in Long Beach, Riverside and San Diego. They sell paella.

There's a Caribbean restaurant called Cha Cha Cha. It's in Silverlake on Virgil at Melrose. They also serve paella.
