I would like a like to think some days fairy tail we have been married 10 yrs

Life is too messy for anyone to have a fairy tale romance. We have a wonderful marriage and we work hard for that. In a fairy tale you don't have to work for the great things, you just have to have the right size shoe or the right kiss from the right man.....

I've a wonderful marriage and I've been with her for 31 years, but nothing real is a fairy tale. There are ups and downs, good times and bad. You work at things and weather the hard times.

No and if you think that marriage is like a fairy tale romance then DO NOT GET MARRIED. Marriage is a complete committment full of ups and downs-nothing fairy tale about it.

Too many people expect it to be that way, reason there is so many divorces.... However, I am divorcing but because he was abusive and no communication. I wasn't expecting a fairy tale but love and companionship would of been nice....

Yes...but unlike fairy tales, where it's the prince's job to rescue the princess & make her happy - real life "happily ever after" takes mutual effort, compromise, and self-sacrifice.

Wow, yes! Instead of the traditional vows, our preacher started off with, "Once upon a time." I like to think we're playing out the Cinderella tale, but my wife leans toward Beauty & the Beast.

Some days it seems like it. We really love each other and everyone always can tell it. However, we have those days where we can work each other's nerves. Nonetheless, we have unconditional love for each other and have been happily married for 3 years and counting....
