Headbands. Any ideas on how to expand a headband so it won't be so tight?

Why do the makers have to make them almost in a complete circle?? It's rediculous because they are so tight behind the ears and I don't know how to make it bigger, all my headbands are plastic, so i was considering putting some heat on them, good idea??

The cheap ones will break almost instantly, and come to think of it so will everything else. Try to find bigger headbands!

Wash it in the dishwasher or hot water. Then put it around something the size of you head. Mannequin head, coffee can, something like that. It'll cool into the right size.

Maybe we all have big heads, because that annoys me too.
