I'm going on a road trip with my Dad this weekend, we'll be driving over one thousand miles. I'm in charge of making cd's, and I was looking for some help.
What is some good music that my 49 year old Dad will enjoy? I love everything, so I'm going to try and make my cd have music he'll enjoy, but I'd still like something that I can enjoy as an 18 year old.
His favorite is steely dan. Suggestions?

Music that my 50-year-old dad and I enjoy together are Lynyrd Skynyrd, The Beatles, The Eagles, Allison Krauss, Dixie Chicks, and even Kelly Clarkson! Haha

actually smashingpumpkins is probably my all time fav by a big margin. when i first bought the smashingpumpkins cd i fell in love with it and never turned back
