some, yea. but brunettes, red heads, blondes, and all others can be. but some blondes are only dum because they think just because they are blonde & rich that they should be dumb.

I don't think blondes are dumb but they are sure full of themselves.. Or let me say that just about anyone including brunettes could get full of themselves.
