bubbles, the former sounds painful

I like bubbles, but in some places they won't let you blow bubbles! (STUPID I KNOW) lol. But then I also like bird seed because you can get really pretty bird seed, I once went to a wedding where they had like the seed matching w/ the wedding colors! But i dont' really like the rice one! The bird one is also good if your getting married at a park, thats how that one wedding was!!!

The rice you're going to want to retain for the wedding supper.
The bird seed you're going to want to go easy on, 'cause it's a hassle to get out of the average styled hair, & the bride is sure to have styled hair.
Giving Michael Jackson's monkey "Bubbles" a b.j. is probably best held off until a few drinks in at the reception.

Bubbles (can make the walk way slippery too) are used a lot now. Bird seed is good too. Rice isn't done anymore because its not good for the wildlife to eat.

Either bird seed or bubbles, the birds eat the rice and they can't digest it so it makes them very sick.

Most weddings anymore include blowing bubbles, rice is dangerous for birds (they say it swells in their stomach) and birdseed is dangerous to humans (ever got one of those little suckers in your eye!) and both are hard as heck to clean up.
Another way you might consider to send the couple off is ringing bells. Give everyone a little bell the bride and grooms name (and wedding date) tied to it with ribbon and as the couple pass, ring them bells! (Also makes great keepsakes for the guests!)
P.S. To the person who said balloons: Too dangerous, because balloons will come back to earth to pollute and/or harm animals who may treat to eat them.

when all my sisters got married they used rice, but now days most of the weddings I go to uses bird seed.

I prefer bird seed myself. i dont like having to blow bubbles at someone. I think thats stupid.
