I wouldn't seriously consider doing that considering you'd have to change it eventually, or block a heck of a lot of people's numbers.
A guy on YouTube did that once.. and so many people called him I never got through. His number was off the hook. YouTube is a larger audience than YahooAnswers! unfortunately.. but you could try it if you wanted.

I know...it's just a rhetorical question, I don't think there's anyone nuts enough to do that.

I wouldn't... well maybe, if we hit it off well. But that's as far as it goes buddy. I don't go meeting people that I've talked to online. You can get in trouble that way.
