Pluto is too small to have an atmosphere and hence sound cannot travel outside Pluto. If you are talking of sound travelling through the mass of Pluto, off hand I can't answer but it depends on the density and the elasticity of the surface of Pluto.

Pluto isn't a planet and sound can't travel through a vacuum, so I'm going to say zero.
