This is not a regular sticker, it was translucent when I put it on and stuck very well to the window. But now is faded and looks like its falling apart, but you just can't get it off. I took teh car and had it Detailed, they called me while they were working on it and said they couldn't even get it off, they wound up giving me a discount. I just really want to remove it. I've tried razor blades, they do not remove it. I windexed it, with no luck. I used goo gone, it didn't phase it. Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks, and have a great day!

Oh, sorry. I'm using a straight razor. The same kind used to scrape paint off of windows.

I have seen professionals take inspection and registration stickers off by heating the otherside of the glass with a heatgun, but that can be tricky. What kind of razor blade are you using, a regular straight blade froma utility knife should work, just be careful how you hold it, good luck

You need to use a razor blade to remove it, if it begins to tear apart put clear tape over it then use the razor to remove it. The tape will hold the stickers material together so it comes off easier. Then you can use nail polish remover and a paper towel to get the adhesive off.

Easy! If it's on glass, then a regular razor blade will get between it and the glass. Of course, be very careful (don't attempt this after two cups of coffee.) Very slowly, with good pressure, put the edge of the razor blade up the edge of the sticker and slowly slide it under. It won't hurt the glass.

Gads! All I can offer is Spray n Wash stain pretreater or CitraSolve. If the car detailer can't get if off, it's really on there.

Try a heat gun. It will soften it enought to carefully use a scraper on it.
