No unless he wants to be a biogimist. I feel sorry for her and the child. She cheated with a married man. He will never be able to trust her. She will never be able to trust him fully.
You know the old saying what goes around comes around.
Getting married does not solve the problems of these people being liars, and cheats. They want to get married to make the baby legal. What hipocrits.

Nope, that is against the law in the U.S. It is a federal offense. Maybe she should have kept her legs together rather than spreading them for a married man.

no disrespect but i would not consider marrying anyone until the divorce is finalized also know your reason for their divorce because the bible says the only reason for divorce is fornication so if its not 4 that reason then u cant marry him and expect god to bless this union

Unforunately not.

Legally he is still married to his first wife until it's finalize. Maybe in Utah but I don't think even then it's really legal.

I believe it would be considered bigamy for him. She would be foolish to marry a married man. And that's what it boils down to.

No. That is illegal. They need to wait until his divorce is final and then get married.

Uhhhh......that would be a big NO. No state allows bigamy. Tell her to get in line and wait her turn.
