my friend is dating my sister's friend. she said some terrible things about him and we told her to break it off. they talked and decided to work things out and she made him believe that we had made up alot of what she said. now she's doing the same thing again and i don't know what to do. if i say something to him and she lies her way out of it, it'll ruin our friendship. i don't want to see him get hurt and he thinks he's in love. she told him she loves him and then tells everyone else she doesn't like him, she just doesn't want to be alone and likes the attention. any advise here on how to not overstep my bounds but still protect my friend? how do i let him know what's being said? or is it even any of my concern?

keep out of it. just be an ear, no mouth, just an ear. you will be better off in the long run.

It's ur business because she is your friend. You're just trying to protect her. Tell him in private. Or some way tell him what she said. It would be even worse for her if he found out without you telling him. You're going to have to decide between friendship or honesty. Ignoring it would be just like saying you had nothing to do with it. You do have something to do with it. She's your friend, and if you are a true friend, you would speak up, even if it means losing her friendship.

What goes around comes around fa real. So if you are honest with your mates then go head and let him know because when someone is playing you there will be somebody to let you know. If you fool around don't say anything because there will be somebody to tell on you too...good luck either way!

I am afraid you are going to have to let him figure out this one for himself. You tried once and it didn't work out well. Just be there for him when it all falls apart - and try not to say 'I told you so.'

Get her on record. Record what she is saying. Use your cell phone or call him and let him here her when she is going off. Let her get herself in trouble.
