Fresh corn (which means: corn has been cut off the cob and cooked in an iron skillet, which also means you HAVE to add a big spoon of bacon grease & butter, just in case those of you, not from the south were confused), spooned over homemade biscuits, with eggs (over medium) & bacon, and sliced tomatoes w/gravy ALL over 'em. I'm way too southern for ya'll but this stuff is seriously delicious!!

"The Raft" at the Radial Cafe in Omaha, NE. The best breakfast of biscuits and gravy with hashbrowns and two eggs I have ever had. When ever I visit that city I always make a point to go there.

In my no fat fantasy world: Buttermilk pancakes, topped with strawberries and whip cream. Side of bacon or sausage and hashbrowns with cheese. IHOP fulfills this fantasy.
In the fat ridden real world: Oatmeal and a banana...I am crying on the inside...
