It is usually Gray in the Americas and Grey in the UK.
I prefer Grey.

It's Gray in the "American" speaking world (US) and Grey in the "English" speaking world (e.g. UK, Australia, NZ, Canada, South Africa, India -- and elsewhere where the Queen's English is taught.)
