"The nation's top leaders had carried out their duties in ways that raised "serious questions of constitutionality, statutory legality and abuse of public trust."

In leading the nation to war in Iraq and continually advocating its continuation, Bush and Cheney have cost the country much of the good will extended in the wake of the Sept. 11 terrorist attack.

Their leadership on matters of individual privacy and personal liberty have raised constitutional questions of great concern to citizens."

a million. incorrect! UN determination 1442 did not avoid use of stress to make Saddam adjust to the Gulf warfare end-hearth agreements. 2. incorrect! in accordance to Geneva conventions, torture is extremely fairly defined, and we did not commit torture, in accordance to the definition. aggressive interrogation of unlawful warring parties, even if, is a grey section no longer addressed via Geneva. 3. incorrect! there have been no arbitration detentions. 4. incorrect! There hasn't been "favourite" warrantless wiretaps and spying on emails in any respect. it truly is an entire fabrication. 5. incorrect! Plame replaced into outed by twist of destiny via a liberal, anti-Bush State branch professional. How unhappy and pathetic. Lies and the common anti-psychological favor to guage human beings to Hitler.

There are no grounds for impeachment.....

It's just partisan politics(business as usual)

People twist thing to suit their positions.....heres an example:

Torture- this has been a hot issue, but it's been twisted by personal opinion.
Sleep deprivation is an interogation tactic that is commonly used, which I don't see as torture myself but there are those who do believe it's torture.......

Legally, there are no grounds for impeachment........

But when people add their personal opinions and feelings to an issue, then every president starting with the 1st would have been impeachable.......

There is no reason, not a shred of evidence only lies and innuendo that fails upon scrutiny, one must look to the backers of such absurdity; let’s take a look at the first site:

impeachnow.org – Now you can look to see who the backers of the site are, and here are some of the people involved: 1. Cynthia McKinney Former five-term congresswoman, D-Georgia, she is an Anti-Semite, and Racist, and was soundly thrown from office in the last election. 2. John C. Bonifaz, Lead counsel for plaintiffs Reps. Conyers, Kucinich, Woolsey and others to halt the war in 2003. (So in other words A Nut Job). National Lawyers Guild (national office) this group is there to push there agenda, without votes to stop the War. Socialist leanings.

Again site no such evidence (Like a stained blue dress) but are merely push there separate agenda.

The last I will give you is impeachpac.org, similar to the first group; they argue that they have to impeach Cheney first, in order to get to Bush; this legal nonsense is what they argue but again no evidence, just conspiracy theories and other such tripe.

Membership endorsements:
“ImpeachPAC, a federal PAC funding pro-impeachment candidates for Congress, endorsed Dr. Bill Durston in his race for California's 3rd Congressional District against rightwing Republican Dan Lungren.”

Others and dead links to the socialist that this group failed to get elected.

This Impeachment talk is nothing more than the propaganda from the socialist arm of the Democratic Party, specifically to weaken the Executive Branch. This of course is followed by the Legislative Branch’s grab for power (again to weaken, and ultimately destroy the Executive Branch) hence Pelosi’s trip to Syria, to set foreign policy (which is a constitutional crime) and Reid’s Continued erosion of the term (Commander and Chief) again unconstitutional, but a power grab by the Senate for control of the military.

So is Vice-President Cheney the one who is the law breaker here? Or is it the Democrats who are trying to create a type of proletariat style of government. The Democrats must be stopped at all costs.

So Sayeth the Impaler!

P.S. to: Seryan

There is nothing that has been done by the President in 2-4 at the end of your diatribe, which has not been done in periods of war by past Presidents, and there is plenty of case law to show he is within his legal rights as commander and chief. For 1. watch the attached video, but FYI they have discovered weapons of mass distruction in Iraq, which is why the Democrats will not tackle the President on that issue. Hell, Chlorine gas is being used every week, and it was there when we started the liberation.

Seryan, do not be a sheeple think for yourself and do a little research, our country depends on it.

- June 17, 2004

..................................................................................

Here are the four reasons Bush/Cheney should be removed from office:

"The President and Vice President have failed to "preserve, protect and defend the Constitution" in the following ways:

1. They have manipulated intelligence and misled the country to justify an immoral, unjust, and unnecessary preemptive war in Iraq.

2. They have directed the government to engage in domestic spying without warrants, in direct contravention of U.S. law.

3. They have conspired to commit the torture of prisoners, in violation of the Federal Torture Act and the Geneva Convention.

4. They have ordered the indefinite detention without legal counsel, without charges and without the opportunity to appear before a civil judicial officer to challenge the detention -- all in violation of U.S. law and the Bill of Rights.

When strong evidence exists of the most serious crimes, we must use impeachment -- or lose the ability of the legislative branch to compel the executive branch to obey the law.

George Bush and Dick Cheney have led our country to a constitutional crisis, and it is our responsibility to remove them from office.
