y = mx + b where m = slope

m = (y2 - y1) / (x2 - x1)

m = (5-3) / (5-10) = 2/-5

so the answer is C. -2/5

slope=m=(y2-y1)(x2-x1)

x1=10
y1=3

x2=5
y2=5

Subsitute values into formula

m=(5-3)/(5-10)

m= -2/5
