Why is it that Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad never wears a suit or a necktie?

He's always in a dress shirt and wind breaker.

Actually its the Iranian Revolutionary dress code. Grey suits generally and a shirt with no no tie...

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad is Iranian. Iranians don't wear suits and ties; only the ones have been Westernized do.
