My sister was asked to give a speech for my garaduation. But she doesn't want to anymore because she thinks it would take away from my "big" day. And she thinks my dad would give her more praise then me! So how do i convince her to go ahead and do the speech???? or should i just leave it alone??? Please Help!

Let her know how important it is to you, for her to give the speech.Tell her that you are proud of her. It sounds like she is proud of you too. She seems concerned, somehow that she is taking the "spotlight" from you.
