What is the cheapest Type of 1932 Washington Quarter. How much would an Excellent nearly perfect condition coin cost?

Any suggestions on making the necklace would be helpful as well.

First try ebay, type in 1932 quarter and see if anyone is selling one, if not go to "search" type in same and it should get you some info, to mount the quarter there are on line catalogs like, "Rio Grande" or " Fire Mountain", that sell holders for all size coins.... but if you only need one or two the shipping will cost more than the holder..so you can go to a craftsmen type jeweler and that person can order you a holder and all so a chain type necklace to go with it....another place to try is a bead store, they are becoming very popular and there may be one near you...they usually have a good assortment of " findings" , which are types of holders, clasps , chain and so on...

No I forgot, Rio Grande you need to be a member, but also try..search..."jewelry coin holders"..that may be the best...

A 1932 quarter will run about $8 in grade very fine, to around $30 in a middle mint state grade. As for the holder try a coin dealer for he may have one. If not write Bernie Myles 1605 So. 7Th St., Terre Haute. IN. 47802 he has a catalog for a $1 and in it are coin mounts. Phone 812-232-4405. A jewelery store may also have a quarter mount.

Collector value is going to depend on the condition of the coins. You could get a recent copy of the Red Book at a local library to get a feel for the condition of the coins. As far as melt value I don't really know what dealers are currently offering but I would guess six or seven times face.
