Yep, mine is about 250' out at the road. It is a black one on a white post with a little red flag so I know when I have mail. Would you check the mail for me, don't forget to shut the gate so the dog doesn't get out.

No. We have mail boxes that are in the middle of the block. I live on the corner so I have to walk about 4 or five houses down to get the mail.

i have a mail box called a letter box on my front door (im from the uk) a post box where i put letters in is just down the street. its red you may have seen them...
