The newest Harry Potter book is The Half Blood Prince which came out in 2005.
The next book, The Deathly Hallows comes out on July 21st, 2007..

I am not sure how the word "published" is defined, but this much is certain: The book is scheduled for release on July 21st - you can order it at your local bookstore. That being said, it is very probable that the book has been delivered to the printers so that it can be printed. Shipments of the book to the book sellers most likely has not occured, but will occur probably in late June or early July.
